T&T’s account management service is designed for organisations that have volume ongoing recruitment requirements and are looking for a truly customised recruitment service. Under our account management service, we allocate one or more senior recruitment consultants to work exclusively on recruiting staff for a single organisation. Account Management from T&T provides an extremely cost-effective alternative to using the organisation’s internal staff to handle recruitment campaigns.

Account Manager service is provided at no extra cost. Our Account Managers/ recruitment officers may either work from T&T, utilising our own internal staff recruitment facilities, or from your office. In either case, constant contact is maintained, providing a seamless transition between T&T and your organisation.

Whilst Account Management clearly provides added value for any volume staff recruitment campaign, customers working under a sole agency agreement also benefit from reduced introduction fee, free CRS cross training and extended rebate schemes as part of the package.
